Four artists, one long table and a lot of natural light, above the flower market in east London.

Small tattoos, taken seriously
Linework opened as a single chair in a shared studio, for people who wanted something small and lasting rather than loud. Word spread through first tattoos, matching pieces and quiet portraits of pets.
Today four resident artists share the room. We keep the books short and the sessions unhurried, and we’d rather talk you out of an idea than rush it.

Drawn by hand
Every piece starts as a pencil drawing made for you. We never trace a stock design or set words in a font.

Single-use everything
Needles, ink caps, gloves and covers are opened in front of you and thrown away after your session.

Time to talk
Your booking includes a quiet consultation before we start, so the size and placement feel right before any ink goes down.
