The small print on booking, deposits and the day itself, written as plainly as we can.

Booking and deposits

A £50 deposit holds your date once your artist has confirmed the design and time. The deposit comes off the final price of your tattoo.

Deposits are non-refundable, because your artist sets aside the time and draws your design before you arrive.

Moving or cancelling

You can move your appointment once, with at least 72 hours’ notice, and keep your deposit. If you cancel, move it a second time or give less notice, the deposit is lost and a new one is needed to rebook.

Arriving late

If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the session or rebook it, and the deposit may be lost. Please tell us as early as you can if you are running late.

Age and ID

You must be 18 or over to be tattooed, with no exceptions. Please bring photo ID to every appointment; we cannot start without it.

Health and consent

You will fill in a consent form before we start. We may postpone or refuse a tattoo if we think it is not safe, for example if you are unwell, pregnant, on certain medication or have been drinking.

Designs and flash

Every design is drawn by your artist and stays their artwork. Flash marked One of one is tattooed once and then retired. Flash marked Repeatable can be tattooed again. Please don’t ask another studio to copy our designs.

Prices

Your artist will confirm a price before your session. Fine-line work is priced by the piece, not by the hour, and the price you agreed is the price you pay unless the design changes on the day.

Aftercare and touch-ups

Follow the aftercare guide your artist gives you. A free touch-up is included within three months if a line needs it. Touch-ups after that, or needed because of poor aftercare, are charged.

Photos

We photograph our work once it has healed and only share it if you have said yes. See our privacy policy for how we handle your photos.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you book is the one that applies to your appointment.
